Ever felt like something was missing in the way we’re taught to lead and hold space?

You're not the only one, and you're not wrong

I’ve always been someone who throws herself in. From the very beginning, I trusted myself to lead

My focus was always on safety, on making sure people felt seen, comfortable, and held

But the more rooms I sat in, the more certifications I completed, the more I noticed something wasn’t right. I kept hearing the words “embodiment” and “leadership”, but witnessing spaces that lacked integrity, regulation, and real depth

Because without true safety, there can be no surrender

Without grounded facilitation, we’re just performing healing , not living it

At one point, I actually stopped running day retreats because the results were too powerful to contain in just one day. What I didn’t fully understand back then, but deeply embody now , is that my way of holding space created instant depth…

Not from pushing or forcing transformation, but from allowing women to land softly, safely, and meet themselves in radically honest, untamed ways

It wasn’t logical. It was somatic. It was sacred. And at the time, I didn’t yet have the language for it. After years of breathwork, somatic training, trauma-informed study, supporting 100's of women online and 20+ retreats later… I realised:

We’re being taught the modalities, but not how to actually hold them

Not in a retreat. Not in a circle. Not when big emotion erupts
And definitely not when our own triggers surface mid-process

This certification is the answer to that gap
It’s for the woman who knows she’s here to lead, but refuses to do it in a way that bypasses the body

"She's such a strong facilitator, I've been to so many spaces and I haven't seen anyone hold space like Amy does. I didn't realised how much I was going to heal, it's been incredible"

Sophie

"I have never experienced that feeling of release and of being safe to do so. It has changed me."

Lewis

"The breathwork flipped a switch for me, having an outer body experience and then feeling this ball of energy floating around...I then had the shakes and started to feel that uncomfortable feeling, and then you came over at the perfect time. I cannot thank you enough, I've never experienced anything like that before, I felt so free afterwards."

Kelly

" Bali has literally changed my life...Amy has change my life, well, this retreat has changed my life."

Lucy

" I feel like I've just completely fallen in love with myself again. I just felt really safe being around everyone, I haven't had to hold anything back"

Kellie-ann

"Meeting Amy was the best thing that’s ever happened to me… she creates space for people to share and grow.  can’t wait for the next experience I get to share with her and continuing to learn and grow with the most incredible people in the most beautiful spaces"

Lucy A

"Amy creates such a safe space to truly let you open up and be yourself. Nothing can top that natural high and feel good emotion that lasts after her retreats!"

Sophie

""

Holly

"Amy is kind, authentic, real, and 100% herself. There is no bullsh*t and she holds such a safe and comfortable space. She knows when you need to be pushed and when you need something more gentle, and you can tell that all she wants to do is help people. She’s trained in a way that most people haven’t, and with her you know that you’re getting the real deal."

Laurent

"Amy is an wonderful facilitator, masterful at holding the space."

Monique

"Amy created such a safe stuff for us all to be open, vulnerable and really reap the benefits of mama cocoa"

Isabelle

"I feel like I’ve reconnected with part of my self that I knew was there but I don’t know why don’t I feel that way. You helped me become aligned with who I am again"

Abbie

" Amy will make you feel so safe and comfortable so quickly...I can't believe what we have shared after only knowing each other for a few days"

Beth

"My biggest takeaway is, the sheer amount of love, connection, acceptance, and safety that is possible within a circle of women, let alone a large group of women that I have never even met before. I have no idea what’s going to happen in the next few months, but I actually feel excited about that for the first time instead of scared."

The depth of your leadership lives in the steadiness of your nervous system

What is it?

The InBody Space Holder Certification is a fully online interactive, immersive 18-week, 100-hour accredited training with CPD & IPHM, the ONLY space holding certification which is accredited, that gives you the practical skills and embodied experience to create truly transformational spaces. This isn’t about adding another tool or modality to your belt, it’s about learning how to hold the container itself. To guide circles, retreats, and group work where people feel safe from the very first moment, not just at the end.

100 Hours of Accredited Training: Weekly live calls, mentor sessions, practice circles, and self-paced study, all recorded for lifetime access

Personal Development + Embodiment: 5 dedicated healing sessions with Emma on top of the online immersive opening & closing weekend ceremonies, and mentorship woven throughout so you’re not just learning, you’re experiencing.

Resources & Real-World Support: Countless templates, done-for-you emails, circle frameworks, retreat blueprints, and business guidance to design, price, and market your own offerings with integrity.

Community & Continuation: Access to our peer community, optional in-person retreat in Spain, and ongoing support even after certification, because this isn’t just a course, it’s a lineage.

Who Is this for?

This certification is for the woman who knows she’s here to lead, not just through a modality, but through her presence, integrity, and embodied leadership. This is for you if…

You’re a coach, healer, teacher, or creative who wants to run retreats, circles, or group spaces that actually transform, both in person and online.

You’ve taken trainings, learnt modalities, but still feel there’s a missing piece in making your work land deeply.

You want to feel steady and confident when clients get emotional, triggered, or raw, instead of second guessing yourself.

You’re done with surface-level spaces. You’re here to hold depth, truth, and safety from the very first hour.

You’re ready to weave together the nervous system, psychology, feminine/masculine balance, and your own healing into how you lead.

If you’re craving to be the facilitator who people remember not because of the rituals you ran, but because of how deeply they felt held, this is for you.

This won’t give you what you think you want if…

You just want another modality to add to the list without doing the deeper inner work. You’re not willing to look at your own nervous system, your triggers, or your edges

You only care about making money fast, not building a legacy rooted in safety and transformation

You’re only interested in the performance of facilitation, not the integrity of how you hold humans

You expect to walk away fully certified in breathwork, cacao, yoga, or other modalities. This certification is about space holding, circling, and the art of facilitation. You’ll learn grounding, somatic cueing, and mindful practices on top, but this is not a breathwork or cacao practitioner training.

This certification is for women ready to lead with their whole selves. If you’re here for depth, truth, and legacy, you’re in the right place.

Breathwork Facilitator & Qualified Teacher

Your 18 week roadmap to transformational retreats:

This isn’t just a training, it’s everything. We’re not here to give you a few shiny tools and send you on your way, we’re teaching you how to actually be a space holder.

That means learning the skill itself, yes, but also how to weave it with your own modalities, how to bring you into it, how to stay present with your triggers, how to hold others while holding yourself, how to translate your magic online, and even how to plan, market, and sell retreats or events.

This isn’t a sit-back-and-listen kind of course, it’s a fully immersive, interactive training. Every call weaves in breakout rooms, real demonstrations, and live practices amongst students, so you’re not just hearing the theory, you’re embodying it. You’ll study real-life case studies, complete homework like designing your own welcome flows and vocal activation exercises, and finish with a final practicum where you step into facilitation yourself. This is hands-on, lived experience, the kind of training that transforms you from the inside out.

This roadmap is the journey you’ll go on, phase by phase, to step into a facilitator who is embodied, ethical, and ready to lead.

Phase 1: Foundations of Space Holding & Self-Exploration

This is where it all begins. You’ll ground into the roots of space holding, get to know your own energy inside-out, and learn how to create spaces that actually feel safe and alive. Think self-awareness, nervous system rituals, and the art of holding people in a way that’s ethical, embodied, and deeply human.

Week 1: Introduction to Space Holding, Nervous system & Circle Theory

Week 2: Self-Exploration & Energetic Awareness

Week 3: Preparing Yourself & the Space

Week 4: The Art of Communication & Group Dynamics

Week 5: Creating Safety & Ethical Space Holding

Phase 2: Advanced Facilitation & Group Leadership

Here’s where it gets juicy. You’ll move from theory into practice, learning to read group energy, navigate different dynamics, and hold the flow of circles. Expect somatics, psychology, and facilitation tools that help you lead with presence, confidence, and integrity, even when things get challenging.

Week 6: Holding & Structuring a Circle

Week 7: Somatic Practices for Space Holding

Week 8: Client Archetypes & Group Psychology

Week 9: Facilitation Practice & Mid-Program Integration

Week 10: Advanced Facilitation Skills

Week 11: Integrating Non-Verbal Communication & Touch

Phase 3: Integration, Business & Real-World Application

This is about stepping fully into the role of facilitator. You’ll practice weaving modalities, learn how to support people long after the circle closes, and get real with the business side of retreats and events. By the end, you won’t just know the theory, you’ll have embodied it, practiced it, and be ready to take this work into the world.

Week 12: Weaving Modalities Seamlessly

Week 13: Integration Week

Week 14: Managing Client Journeys & Integration

Week 15: Leading in the Digital Realm

Week 16: Final Practice, Assessment & Q&A

FAQ's

We want you to feel that YES in your body and go with it, but we also want you to make sure this is right for you at this time, so that when you do jump in, you can show up fully and get the most out of the experience as possible!

What makes this certification different?

Most trainings teach you a modality. Few teach you how to hold it. This is a one of a kind training that will transform the way you facilitate. It's not about adding another tool to your kit, it’s about mastering the art of space holding itself. You’ll learn to track nervous systems, balance feminine and masculine energetics, witness without fixing, protect your own energy, and weave integration into everything you do. This is the missing piece between a “nice session” and a truly transformational experience.

We have worked meticulously to ensure a well of knowledge is included from nervous system regulation, somatic tracking, down regulating calming breath practices, mindful meditations along with how to plan, market and sell out retreats/events too. There is so much included to support your journey; cueing cheat sheets, feedback form templates, real case studies circles to dissect, close ceremony schedules, meditation scripts and so much more, this certification covers the entire arc of transformation, not just peak moments.

As integrity is a core value of ours, we have gone that extra mile and had our certification assessed and accredited by CPD (Continued Professional Development) and the IPHM. Graduates will receive certification from InBodyAmy Limited and (once accredited) the option to register with IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) as a certified practitioner that also benefits from discounted insurance.

What days and times are the calls?

Our live group calls are on Thursdays (Alternating each week either 10AM or 6PM BST/GMT). Occasionally, you’ll also have Tuesday calls with our support mentors. You’ll receive calendar invites with Zoom links, plus everything will always be in the portal and Telegram admin chat.

You must be present for the first opening weekend Saturday 11th (9am-12pm & 1pm-3pm) & Sunday 12th (9am-11am) October 2025. This will be our orientation, welcome ceremony and diving into our first learning.

We get it, life happens, we want you to be present not only in the certification but in yourself and we understand taking time for you is also super important. All calls are recorded and replays will be uploaded within 24 hours, and you need to watch them to stay current. To certify, you’ll need 90% attendance (live or replay catch-up) and completion of all assignments. You do get lifetime access to your portal.

How much time should I set aside each week?

Plan for 3–5 hours per week. This includes live calls and on weeks with the support mentors 2 calls in total, replays if needed, self-study, and assignments. Consistency matters more than cramming.

Final Weekend: Certification Ceremony & Celebration

This isn’t a sit-back-and-listen kind of course, it’s a fully immersive, interactive training. Every call weaves in breakout rooms, real demonstrations, and live practices amongst students, so you’re not just hearing the theory, you’re embodying it. You’ll study real-life case studies, complete homework like designing your own welcome flows and vocal activation exercises, and finish with a final practicum where you step into facilitation yourself. This is hands-on, lived experience, the kind of training that transforms you from the inside out.

What does the final practicum/assessment look like?

We don’t do scary exams, but we do believe in giving you the chance to practice what you’ve learned and be celebrated for it. The practicum is designed so you leave not just with a certificate, but with the confidence that you can hold a space in the real world.

Here’s what you’ll complete in the final weeks:

1. Peer-Led Circle Facilitation

You’ll plan and lead a 20–30 minute circle with your peers (either on Zoom or in person).

This will include welcoming participants, opening the space (grounding, ritual, or somatic cueing), guiding a facilitation structure (sharing round, prompts, or a short practice), and closing the session safely.

You’ll get supportive peer and mentor feedback straight after, so you can integrate and refine your presence as a facilitator.

2. Real-World Practice Sessions

You’ll run five short circles, workshops, or group experiences total (Your peer led is included in this) outside of the program, these can be with friends, family, colleagues, or existing clients.

These sessions don’t need to be perfect. They’re about getting you comfortable holding space in real life.

For each, you’ll write a short reflection on what you did, how it felt, and what you learned.

3. Reflection & Feedback

You’ll submit a simple self-assessment and collect a few pieces of feedback from attendees (peers, mentors, or your practice participants).

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about developing self-awareness, celebrating your growth, and recognising your unique style as a space holder.

4. Knowledge Quiz

A short multiple-choice + short-answer quiz to make sure you understand the foundations of trauma-informed facilitation, nervous system safety, and ethical leadership.

This ensures you leave feeling solid in both practice and theory with 80% pass mark.

💡 Timeline & Extensions: All assessments should be completed within the certification timeframe. However, you’ll have up to a 3-month extension window to complete and submit your practicum if needed. After this, further extensions may be possible but will carry an additional fee.
